why is it that every time things seem to be working out, everything shatters and you back at the same place you began? alone and heartbroken

so its a new year, and even though i believe this is one of the most useless holidays ever invented, its a great excuse to just start over and think new. Because even though we could just do this any day, the beginning of a year just seems to sound more logical. So as in the foot steps many people before, i want to have a fresh start and change my view of things. Now is the time to be more mature...
